The Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM)
The Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) is a Malaysian Federal agency under the authority of the Prime Minister’s Department. The Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) is responsible for Islamic affairs in Malaysia. Furthermore, the department is responsible for halal standards development, legislation development pertinent to Halal certification, and international multilateral halal programs. MRU is an accredited Halal Certification Body (HCB) of the JAKIM.

Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS)
The Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura, also known as the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore, is a statutory board in Singapore. As a majlis, its role is to look after the administration and interests of Singapore’s Muslim community. The council presides as a regulatory authority on all halal affairs in Singapore. MRU is an accredited Halal Certification Body (HCB) of the MUIS.

The Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT)
The Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT) is the authorized authority for national halal affairs under His Majesty the King of Thailand. CICOT oversees halal standardization, international recognitions, and institutional advisement to the Thai government. MRU is an accredited Halal Certification Body (HCB) of the CICOT.

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) in Qatar
The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) in Qatar is the primary authority responsible for public health matters, including the regulation and certification of halal food products. To ensure that imported food products meet halal standards, the MoPH has established comprehensive guidelines and collaborates with recognized Islamic bodies authorized to issue halal and halal slaughtering certificates. MRU is an accredited Halal Certification Body (HCB) of the MoPH.

World Halal Food Council (WHFC)
World Halal Food Council (WHFC) is an international entity whose mission is to establish unity and strengthen organization between international halal certification agencies. WHFC strives to achieve a worldwide halal standard to adhere to Islamic law by establishing mutual recognition for all members. MRU is an active member of the WHFC.
