Confidentiality

  1. The Muslim Religious Union in Poland will make every effort to ensure that their employees, contractors and subcontractors maintain the confidentiality of all information they have become aware of as a result of the agreement with the client.
  2. The Customer will keep confidential all commercial terms and conditions concluded with the Muslim Religious Union in Poland.
  3. Information relating to a specific client or individual will not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the client or individual concerned.
  4. In the event that the Muslim Religious Union in Poland is required by law to disclose confidential information to a third party, the client or person concerned will be notified in advance of the information provided, unless otherwise required by law.
  5. Where confidential information is shared with other bodies (e.g. an accreditation body, an arrangement group or an entity operating a peer review scheme), the confidentiality of the information being reviewed will be ensured when accessed by those bodies.
